We balance flexibility with fairness. Cancel >7 days before for a 75% refund. 3-7 days gets a 50% refund. Within 72 hours, refunds are usually not possible as guides have already prepared.
Yes! Date changes are usually free if you let us know at least 7 days in advance. Closer to the trip, it may be treated as a partial cancellation.
Yes. For most trips, please book at least 24 hours in advance. For "Frontier" routes (caves, treks), we need 48 hours notice. Some main route transfers can be booked same-day with 3 hours notice.
If you cancel within 24 hours, we generally cannot offer a refund, but we may offer a credit for a future trip on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
Our "Restore" partners offer spas, yoga, and retreats. You can book these directly through Waykeeper with at least 24 hours notice.

We accept bank transfers and QR payments. This keeps fees low and ensures more money goes to local partners.
Prepayment secures your guide and vehicle. For bookings under ฿5,000, we ask for full payment. For larger trips, a 50% deposit confirms your spot.

For deposit-based bookings, the remaining balance can often be paid in cash to your guide or driver on the day.
